Lisa Price
Lisa is the founder and CEO of Pricewise Business Solutions, a trusted resource for small businesses seeking expert support in accounting, bookkeeping, licensing, tax preparation, and business formation. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the financial services industry, Lisa brings both technical expertise and a genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs build solid foundations for long-term success.
Originally from Texas, Lisa relocated to Brighton, Colorado in 2005 with her family and planted roots in the community. She earned her Bachelor of Accounting from Ashford University and maintains certifications in QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and Xero—ensuring she stays current with the tools and technologies that keep businesses running smoothly.
With over two decades of hands-on experience, Lisa launched Pricewise Business Solutions in 2016 with a mission: to empower small businesses and nonprofits by strengthening their financial and structural foundations. She is especially passionate about guiding new entrepreneurs through the complexities of setting up their businesses the right way—so they can focus on growth with clarity and confidence.
Lisa is an active member of the Brighton Chamber of Commerce and serves as a consultant and trainer for the Colorado Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Boulder. She is also a proud member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB).
In addition to working directly with clients, Lisa is available for speaking engagements and training sessions on topics such as entrepreneurship, tax planning, QuickBooks, business formation, and small business management. Her presentations are engaging, educational, and tailored to equip fellow business owners with practical knowledge they can apply right away.
Melanie Tingue
Melanie is our rockstar Operations Manager here at Pricewise Business Solutions. Covering everything from client accounts to social media, she makes sure everyone is set up for success. Prior to taking this position in 2024, Melanie gained years of experience doing accounting compliance for government contractors, as well as a stint in Real Estate reviewing closing documents. Melanie is also a professional Entertainer, hosting a weekly karaoke show along with other musical endeavors. She is passionate about the Arts and loves spending time with her partner and two daughters.
